Welcome to Calvary Learning Center!! Founded in 1996 as a ministry of Calvary Baptist Church, our program is directed by Christian leaders and taught by Christian teachers. We strive to provide a safe and loving environment that promotes your child’s needs as he/she grows and develops. Our goal is to make sure that each child we serve knows the love of Christ.
Philosophy
Calvary Learning Center (CLC) is committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment. Our program provides experiences that promote each child’s development and spiritual growth. We prayerfully select Christian staff that value respect, and sensitively respond to the unique needs of children. We respect parents as the most significant providers of care. CLC is pleased to serve as an extended family member.

CurriculumCLC uses FunShine Express curriculum for our 2K, 3K, and 4K classrooms. It has been proven that children learn best by interactive play. FunShine Express uses hands-on materials to build early learning in literacy, math, science, social skills, and more. The curriculum stimulates thinking, reasoning, decision-making, and problem-solving. FunShine Express meets the education standards for the state and strives to build school readiness skills and an enthusiasm for learning. Students will be evaluated several times during the year to make sure they are meeting their goals for each specific classroom. Our toddler and nursery classrooms teach a curriculum that is designed by our assistant director to meet the specific needs of each age group. Babies and toddlers will be encouraged to learn about the world around them through movement, self-help skills, art, language development, and music.
